Overview
Collect, consolidate and report sales data across all retail outlets so management can track performance and trends. Reports to the Sales Manager / Retail Manager.
Job Description
- Consolidate and verify daily outlet sales against POS and outlet records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
- Track outlet targets, achievement percentages and sales gaps.
- Analyse trends and highlight high- and under-performing outlets.
- Follow up late or inconsistent submissions with outlet teams.
- Maintain sales spreadsheets and dashboards; automate repetitive reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or related.
- Fresh graduates may apply; sales reporting or retail experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- POS or business intelligence experience is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organised, systematic and able to work independently.
